This policy explains what information HERMÆS (operated by Muriah Kraemer, Louisiana, USA) collects when you use HERMÆS Warehouse, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we use your data to run the service, and we never sell it.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email and password (stored securely, never readable by us).
- Business data you add: products, stock, warehouses, orders, customers, shipments, reports and team hours.
- Data from services you connect: such as orders and customer shipping details from Shopify or Faire, and labels and tracking from UPS, FedEx or USPS.
- Billing details: handled by Stripe. We don’t store full card numbers.
- Basic technical data: such as sign-in times and an activity log of changes inside your company, used for security.
2. How we use it
- To run HERMÆS Warehouse and show you your information.
- To send account emails, such as sign-in links and invites.
- To keep accounts secure and fix problems.
- To bill you for paid plans.
3. We don't sell your data
We never sell or rent your personal or business data, and we don’t use it for advertising.
4. Who helps us run HERMÆS
We share data only with companies that help us run the service, and only what they need:
- Supabase (USA): database and sign-in.
- Vercel (USA): website hosting.
- Stripe: payments.
- Resend: account emails.
- Shopify, Faire, UPS, FedEx, USPS: only when you connect them, to sync orders and create shipments.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
5. Where data is stored
Your data is stored in the United States.
6. Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and remember your settings, such as light or dark mode. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Keeping data safe
Data is encrypted in transit, and each company can only see its own data. No system is perfect, but we take security seriously and will tell you if a breach affects you.
8. Your choices
- You can view and update your information inside the app.
- To get a copy of your data, or to delete your account and its data, email hello@hermaes.io. We’ll respond within 30 days.
- You can disconnect Shopify, Faire or a carrier at any time.
9. Keeping data
We keep your data while your account is open. After you close it, we delete it within a reasonable period, except what we must keep for legal or tax reasons.
10. Children
HERMÆS is for businesses and isn’t meant for anyone under 18.
11. Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date above and tell you about important changes.
