Terms of Service

HERMÆS Warehouse is online software for tracking inventory, warehouses, orders, shipping, reports and team hours. It can connect to services such as Shopify, Faire, UPS, FedEx and USPS when you choose to connect them.

We may improve, change or remove features over time. We’ll give notice of major changes that reduce what your plan includes.

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by people you invite to your company.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Payments are handled by Stripe.
• Prices are shown on our pricing page. We’ll tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects you.
• Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
• Taxes may be added where required.

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then it stops renewing. We don’t give refunds or credits for partial months or unused time, unless the law requires it.

Please don’t:

• Break the law or anyone’s rights, or sell illegal goods using HERMÆS.
• Try to get into accounts or data that aren’t yours, or test, scan or attack our systems.
• Upload viruses or harmful code, or overload the service on purpose.
• Copy, resell or rebuild the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Your business data stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. See our Privacy Policy for details. You can export your reports at any time.

When you connect Shopify, Faire, a shipping carrier or another service, your use of it is also covered by that company’s own terms. We aren’t responsible for their services, outages, fees or changes.

HERMÆS, the HERMÆS Warehouse name, logos and software belong to us. These terms don’t give you ownership of them.

We work hard to keep HERMÆS accurate and available, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Please double-check important numbers, such as stock counts and shipping costs, before relying on them.

To the fullest extent the law allows, HERMÆS is not liable for indirect, incidental or lost-profit damages, or for lost data or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using HERMÆS and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or don’t pay. After an account closes, we may delete its data after a reasonable period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and tell you about important changes. Using HERMÆS after a change means you accept the new terms.
